As a longtime Black-owned and operated multi-media business, Everything Underground (EU) has always championed some key values. EU spotlights its philosophy, ideas and goals within these key areas.
JUSTICE: We pursue wealth expansion and recovery, seeking partnerships with those institutions that truly strive to ensure justice and equality for everyone.
COLLABORATION: Everything that EU has already accomplished and seeks to continue and increase has been achieved through the collaborative efforts of our sponsors, members and clients. These are the people, companies and organizations who've believed in us from the beginning and have maintained that faith and trust in our goals and objectives. We believe we are stronger and more successful as an organization when we build with others.

Who we are
Everything Underground Inc. (EU Network) is an for-profit association agency that includes Entrepreneurs, Business Professionals, Entertainers and Sports related careers. We are inspired by the nation's tradition of independence and financial freedom and determined to build parallel to historically discriminatory coalitions (also known as the GOBNS, Good on Boys Network).

The design, focus and principal motivation of the EU network is the creation of opportunity. We seek to build, support and enrich institutions and people that strive for excellence in business. Some of EU's most popular elements are in the field of media. We specialize in team building, PR, event resources and visual advertisement.

Natalie is the author of “The Adventures of Maxie Girl”, a comic book series about a little black girl that hates her natural hair. Then one day, she uses some magic shampoo on her hair and her afro puffs take on super powers that give her the ability to save Jacksonville, Florida’s public libraries from being eaten by monsters. We salute Natalie McGriff youth on the move!
