Block Heads are at it again with the Underground hit " Pimp Tight"  Request " Pimp tight and Big Business" at your local radio. Left to right, Eric Jefferson aka Big Twin, Derick Jefferson aka Block Star and JT aka J Smeeze grew up together in East Knoxville TN. The two twin brothers and child hood friend calibrated on their first underground CD that had them opening for dirty south artist like 3 6 Mofia. A education in the music business lead the trio to MTSU and TSU (Nashville).
